Thomas Rubin & Kelley PC was established in 1979 after its original member, Benjamin Thomas, left what was then the preeminent insurance defense firm in Arizona, O’Connor Cavanagh, in order to strike out on his own. For more than forty years the firm has been committed to providing outstanding, personalized legal counsel that is focused on serving its clients’ needs with flexibility, attention to detail, and the highest standards of personal service. We serve the entire state of Arizona.

Our attorneys are active members of CLM, DRI and the AADC. The firm has been consistently recognized as outstanding by our peers and, more importantly, our clients. Our clients’ satisfaction is evident from our success, growth and long-term relationships with them. As reflected above, our lawyers have many years of experience in a wide range of civil defense matters. With cumulative experience of well in excess of two hundred jury trials, along with thousands of arbitrations and mediations, our attorneys understand our clients’ needs. In addition to our litigation experience, a number of the firm’s attorneys have frequently been selected to serve as arbitrators and mediators. This increases our depth of experience.
