Your Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will be consulting on the following:
- LLC, S-Corp and other entity set-ups
- Estate Planning
- Tax Planning
- Self-Directed Retirement Planning
- Small and medium business counseling/advising
- Working with clients from all over North America
Skills & Abilities:
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate must have:
- at least 1 year experience with business, tax, and estate planning
- customer service focus and ability to interact with clients daily
- strong communication skills as Attorneys consult and advise clients, and paralegals handle the routine document drafting and filing (e.g. entities, estate plans)
- willingness to keep up with frequent changes in existing laws and desire to learn new areas of law
- aptitude for cooperation and collaboration with staff and colleagues in various departments
- ability to follow through and utilize effective time management skills
Preferred Experience:
Advising small and mid-sized businesses on business structures and entity set-up, tax considerations and minimization strategies, transactions, and business and estate planning.
