Goldberg Kohn is conducting a search for an experienced and highly qualified Director of Information Technology accountable for defining and delivering IT strategy and capabilities across the organization. This includes development and support, infrastructure, security, technical services as well as data analytics and business intelligence.
Reporting to the COO, the Director will be responsible for giving oversight and direction to the IT department and the firm's business leaders on strategy, standards, and opportunities for efficiencies.
The Director is a key contributor to the firm’s strategy and planning process and will be responsible both for IT operations and for technology and digital innovation. It is critical for the Director to build strong and productive relationships with all business unit leaders, acting as a true partner and making IT a business enabler.
The Director will manage our IT Team of five direct reports.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
A minimum of 8 years experience within information technology.
Experience in the most current technologies and products used in the legal industry.
Experience leading a team of technology professionals.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Masters degree in information technology, business or related discipline
10+ years experience leading a technology team in a professional services environment
Technical certifications (CNE, MSE, etc.)
