The Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck seeks a Recruiting Coordinator with at least 2 years of recruiting experience to coordinate all aspects of the attorney recruitment process, including on-campus recruiting (“OCI”), lateral recruiting and the Firm’s summer associate program.
Summer Program and OCI:
Prepare registration materials for on-campus interviewing at law schools.
Design OCI schedules, and track callback, offer and accept rates.
Plan and arrange for on-campus events throughout the year as appropriate.
Help plan and execute the Firm’s summer associate program, including planning and attending events, tracking work assignments and assisting in the review process, orientation and training programs.
Lateral candidate recruitment processes:
Respond to inquiries from candidates and search firms regarding open positions.
Design interview schedules and assess post-interview evaluations.
Communicate with applicants and search firms to schedule interviews and facilitate the offer process (setting start dates, conflicts, background checks, etc.);
Assist in drafting/updating job postings. Process resumes in the applicant tracking system and generate reports when necessary.
Help organize onboarding and new hire orientation.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional recruiting experience in a law firm or other professional services’ recruiting department strongly preferred
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of leadership, attorneys and staff
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
