Our Raleigh office has the opportunity for a Counsel Attorney Writer to join our expanding Business Immigration practice. This is a non-shareholder track position with a unique opportunity for flexibility and to work remotely from any location. The primary function of the Counsel Attorney Writer is to draft legal memoranda, motions and pleadings for RFE (request for Evidence) and other immigration proceedings of the firm.
J.D Degree and membership in the State Bar as an attorney qualified to practice law.
Experience with business immigration cases is required.
Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs.
Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.
Must be well-organized with the capacity to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
A successful candidate will have outstanding academic credentials.
