Duane Morris LLP is seeking a Manager of Attorney Professional Development and Training who will have firm wide responsibility for supporting the attorney professional development and training functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of the department and firm and practice group leadership in developing lawyer talent at the firm. The position will manage all aspects of the firm’s attorney training and professional development programs and initiatives by developing, implementing and administering a variety of learning opportunities including live programming and distance and on-line learning, as well as manage the annual non-partner evaluation program. The responsibilities also include evaluation of curriculum and individual course components, tracking and presenting statistics and measuring ROI. Hiring preferences include at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a training role, preferably in a large law firm or professional services environment, and experience with curricular/instructional or IT course design. Bachelor’s Degree is required; JD is desired but not required.
