The Role

As the Lead Lawyer at Mayfair Legal, you will:

Take charge of leading and managing a talented legal team, ensuring excellence in client service.
Drive the strategic growth of the firm by expanding its reach and reputation.
Oversee complex and high-impact cases, particularly wrongful imprisonment claims, personal injury, and probate matters.
Collaborate with partners to shape the firm’s long-term vision and business strategy.
Play a pivotal role in hiring, training, and mentoring the team as we build the firm from the ground up.

Requirements

We are seeking a lawyer who is:

Admitted to practice law in Arizona with a strong track record in civil litigation or a relevant legal field.
Passionate about delivering justice and advocating for clients’ rights.
Entrepreneurial, with the vision and energy to lead and grow a new firm.
A natural leader with excellent interpersonal and management skills.
Eager to embrace challenges and drive meaningful change within the legal industry.
Arizona Residency Preferred: While not required, being a resident of Arizona is a plus.
