Debt Defense & Bankruptcy Attorney

At Arizona Consumer Law Group, our attorneys play a pivotal role in representing clients who are being sued by debt collectors and creditors, while also assisting with bankruptcy matters. You will work closely with clients from the initial consultation through resolution, collaborating with our legal team to develop strategies that protect our clients’ rights, restore peace of mind, and deliver lasting results.
This position requires a steadfast commitment to professional growth, accountability, and handling the fast-paced demands of a rapidly expanding law practice.

Requirements
1-3 years of litigation experience (consumer defense, debt defense, or related areas preferred)
Prior experience in debt collection defense strongly preferred
Familiarity with bankruptcy practice (Chapter 7 and/or 13) desirable
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, though not required
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
