Cooley LLP is seeking a Legal Talent Manager in the New York office. The Legal Talent Manager will be responsible for overseeing the legal talent function for New York, including law student and attorney recruitment, as well as the integration, development and retention of all non-partner attorneys. This position requires 5+ years of experience in attorney recruiting, talent management or other human resources related discipline. A college degree is strongly preferred as is previous management experience.
