Stoel Rives LLP seeks two bright, articulate, and self-starting professionals to join the Recruiting Department in our Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington office. The Recruiting Department is looking to hire both a coordinator and an assistant to be a part of our robust team of hard-working, collaborative, and supportive professionals. Each role will provide operational and some administrative support to the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Lawyer Recruiting Managers to execute the Firm’s full-cycle lawyer recruiting process. This includes:
Successful candidates will exhibit a flexible and “can-do” attitude, excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills, an ability to prioritize, and will approach their work with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Prior experience in HR, recruiting, and/or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
